After the recent dust-up regarding mammogram recommendations from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force and assurances from the Left that ObamaCare would not ration health services, Hot Air points out that California has ended subsidies of mammograms for low-income women under 50. The state’s Health and Human Service agency cited California’s budget woes as a contributing factor for the decision. The state public health agency also will freeze enrollments in a breast-cancer screening program for its Medicaid recipients. Read the entire story here.
