What else has the Obama administration unconstitutional done? Our rights are being violated our children are being enslaved, our security is not being taken care of. He is not a good president but nothing impeachable yet or did I miss something? Where are the "legal" people are they keeping track and checking actions v the Constitution? Congress comes up in only 15 months, then we can "change" the "people's representative" peacefully I hope.
  • I am deeply troubled by the idea of an individual mandate on personal liberty and constitutional grounds.
  • Unfortunately, this will perk the attention of the ACLU (Obama friendly or not) and possibly deny the constitutionality or the the mandate. From personal experience (im a health insurance broker) my office receives calls from the general public looking to purchase health insurance when they havent had health insurance in years, and when they most likely have developed an illness when they actually need it.

I am 63 years old, under Obama's Healthcare Plan, the government will force me to pay for their healthcare and then when I need to use it they will deny me care because the medication is to costly or they have determined that I have served my purpose on this earth and I am no longer needed and/or loved by my family.
