    Big insurance always does lobbying to make the co-ops illegal, ineffective, or untenable. That's the problem with the big companies, too much money for lobbying. The time is now, unfortunately. Co-ops would have been great 5 or 10 years ago, now things have taken a terrible turn for the worse.
