		<description>It would appear to me that all this posturing and fooling around is just another push for power in Washington.  If the so-called representatives (and the small case r is intentional) really wanted to do something about Health Care and Social Security, they would look for abuses in the system that are already in place and that includes the fact that Americans pay at least twice as much for pharmaceuticals as other countries pay for the same thing.  The problems aren&#039;t with with the MDs, but with excess charging by the hospitals.  Take care of these problems and they might find that for the first time in history, Washington will have a successful program.  We also should prohibit free medical care for illegal residents.  Perhaps we can bill the country of origin for the care they receive here.</description>
