Maybe you can follow my example. Health means no alcohol, but yes to an <a rel="follow" href="http://www.treatment-centers.net/" rel="nofollow">alcohol rehab center</a> , because even if we can manage staying out from drinking alcohol or taking drugs doesn't mean the rest will.. so indeed, preventing and kiting is much better.
