		<description>I don’t believe the piece meal approach is the way to go. This Health Care reform approach is similar to Social Security, that is, ‘mandatory’ participation. I believe it’s the only way this approach will work.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The basic Social Security Program was established in 1935 and it has been changing to meet the needs of the population. I think the current Health Care should be the same approach. Establish a basic structure/bill and change from there. Like Social Security, participation should be mandatory for this to work.</description>
